Hello all, 
I never thought I would do this but I figured I would give it a try. 
My current computer is a 2015 MacBook which is  slipping into obsolescence and failure. I have run out of storage on it, and can no longer update software and can barely keep the amount of applications I actually need on it. My battery is also at its end of life, so I only get an hour of use out of it. I think it’s time for something new. 
I use this computer mostly for community organizing, LGBTQ2S+ outreach with pride support network, grant writing, emails, event coordination, applying for professional development programs, assisting community members with resumes and job applications, and more all for free. 

I would also like to begin doing more music production and audio engineering which I did study for in college. I have in the past purchased software, instruments and equipment that I currently cannot use due to my computer not having the adequate storage or OS updates. I would love to be able to assist my friends and community members in audio engineering for videos, music and more. 

I humbly ask you to help me get a new computer to last me the next 7 years.
