A Sacred Space for Yoga, Healing and Inspired Living

Since 2005, we, Ben and Angela Vincent, have been dedicated to nurturing the well-being of the Twin Cities community. We’ve had the honor of serving our community through authentic, transformative, and accessible yoga - nurturing healing and connection through public classes, nonprofit initiatives, in-depth programs, retreats, yoga therapy, spiritual life guidance, and more.

Our offerings are rooted in holistic yoga practices, teachings and diverse wisdom traditions - and have evolved to include communal ritual, music, creative expression, men’s and women’s circles, and grief work. Over the years, we’ve adapted to meet the needs of our community through in-person and virtual programs—and we envision expanding into a library of streamable practices, teachings, and a podcast to bring inspiration and healing to people wherever they are.

Now, after 20 years of teaching across the metro area, we feel called to establish a home for these offerings—a sacred space where the energy of community and transformation can thrive.
