Help being able to pay for a new place and moving

Hi, My Name is David and I am raising money to help me and my family afford to move to a new place. Due to me having a surgery in December of 2023 it took me out out of being able to work and has made it very tough for our family of 6 to be able to maintain our bills and or rent and all that. My wife is currently looking for a job again after the company that she was working for had cut backs and she was one of the ones that was laid off. We have since gotten and eviction notice from the place we live and they are not willing to work with us so that we are able to try to stay in the place we are. So we are trying to get this figured out sooner then later so that we don't end up homeless and on the streets with our 4 kids. Anything would help at this point.
