Help Beaconsfield Talking Newspaper
Hello!
Frank spent many years helping the blind people in our area. He fixed their equipment so that they could listen to the news both locally and in the wider world. Frank was a BBC engineer who read the newspaper nearly every day of his life. It was important to him and he wanted to give as many people as possible access to this information. His wife's mother, our grandmother, was also blind, and she loved the Talking Newspaper. This is a cause that is important to our family. We want everyone to be able the receive the news and to know what's happening in their local area and in the wider world.
Beaconsfield Talking Newspaper has been giving the news to blind people in our area for over 40 years. Now they need new equipment so that they can continue to provide this much loved service.
Please donate to this excellent cause.
Thank-you,
Kate and Andrew Smith
