My name is Basma, I am 20 years old, and I live in Palestine, in the Gaza Strip. We have been living through repeated wars for more than 7 years.

There is no safe future for us because of the constant wars. We live terrible, harsh days filled with death, blood, and body parts.

We are living in tents, surrounded by fear from every side. The bombing never stops, and blood and bodies are scattered everywhere.

We cannot bear these frightening, horrifying scenes… Please save us, help us.

Save us from the occupation, save us from this genocide. Since October 7, we have been suffering.

We lost our home – it is now nothing but rubble. We lost our money, and we lost many members of our family, their bodies torn into pieces everywhere.

What should we do? Where can we go? There is no safe place. We move from city to city escaping the bombing, but every city is destroyed, unsafe, and full of corpses and scattered remains.

We are starving, our lives are in danger, and we are threatened with death. We only want peace and safety.

We have been displaced on foot from one city to another 7 times, escaping bombing, death, and fire.

The occupation has destroyed our lives, and we lost our dearest family members.

Save us before we die, before we burn, before our bodies are torn apart by the occupation’s missiles.
