I am Basiru, a 17 year old from The Gambia . I really want to finish high school and go to college, but my high school education was cut short when my father passed away. I am working hard to support my mother and young sister and brother. To make going back to school possible my plan is to purchase a Keke, a motorized three wheel vehicle; this will help me get a well paying job making deliveries and provide financial relief for my family and allow me to pay for school. Recently, my family and I found out we had a plot of land available from our father on which to build a new house. It would be a major improvement from our current situation, and help me, my siblings, and my mother live in a healthier environment with more space. We have been talking to contractors, and they can start when we acquire the money for the first payment. We need funds for construction costs and fencing costs. This would help my family lead a better life. In the meantime, some support for food and rent goes a long way, and the raining season has started over here in the Gambia our house use to flood a little bit and then we needs some support to change our corrugate which can helps us to live in a comfortable place, please your support will mean a lot me and my family over here I always have that’s faith and hope that’s everything will be ok because all the hardships I see in this life is just a test from God, for the main time the support for the rent and the food goes a long way, thanks you all
