Most of you know me as Edie Ellison. I am raising funds to help my brother and sister-in-law, Bart and Sharon Ellison, get through a family crisis. In March, Bart and Sharon, at the same time, were hit with medical issues. Sharon has had three surgeries and four emergency room visits. Bart had his own emergency room visit, which resulted in a week of recovery. He had to take time off work for his own medical needs, and then again to help Sharon through her surgeries. Although Bart does get some paid time off, he does not get a shift premium or overtime, which he financially depends greatly upon. Sharon has been in the emergency room twice just this week and may need further medical help. Their landlord has been very nice but is demanding payment, and there are utilities needing to be paid immediately. Sharon is unable to work because of her medical conditions, but is ineligible for disability under the current rules. Therefore the burden falls solely on Bart. Any help, including prayers, would be greatly appreciated. My heartfelt thanks to all.
