Help Barbara Find Safety, Stability, and Dignity

Barbara is an elderly woman currently experiencing homelessness in Ventura County. She was recently found sleeping on cold concrete outside, without proper shelter, comfort, or support. No one at her age should have to endure these conditions.

Despite everything, Barbara remains kind and resilient, and she deserves immediate safety, care, and stability.

While we are actively working with county homeless services, the process is taking longer than expected. Unfortunately, trying to raise funds week by week is not sustainable in the meantime. Our goal is to raise enough to cover at least one full month of safe housing so Barbara is not left vulnerable while we wait for the system to finalize long-term support. We are hopeful the system will come through, but in the meantime, she needs immediate protection and stability.

Funds raised will go directly toward safe shelter, food, clothing, basic needs, and any medical support she may require, as well as helping bridge the gap until permanent housing can be secured.
