This is my best friend Barbara Dowhan.  She suffers from an incurable disease called scleroderma.  It’s an autoimmune disease that affects the skin,muscles,blood vessels and internal organs.  Unfortunately Barbs disease has progress so far that it is affecting her heart and lungs.  She now is on medication and oxygen full time and is awaiting a double lung transplant. As Barb and Larry have no extended health care and there will be many visits to toronto as well as an extended stay after her transplant I would be so grateful for donations.   All funds raised will go directly for her medical care and transportation from St Williams On to Toronto.   Every little bit will help.     I love you very much Barbara

Update.   Barbara has her new lungs…. Still unconscious and in ICU at Toronto General.   Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated by the family.   Get well soon my beautiful friend.
