Christmas should be a time of connection, kindness and celebration—but for many local families facing financial pressure, it can also bring added worry.

Banyule Support and Information Centre Inc. (BANSIC) is raising $5,000 for our Christmas Connections Hamper Appeal. With the help of our community, we hope to provide up to 200 Christmas hampers to local individuals and families.

Each hamper will include Christmas food, treats and essential items to help people enjoy a special meal and feel supported during the festive season.

Your support helps ensure everyone in our community can access the essentials they need and the support they deserve.

Donations enable BANSIC to respond to immediate needs while connecting people with services, information and opportunities that strengthen long-term wellbeing.

Whether it’s providing food and essential items, offering practical support during difficult times or creating opportunities for community connection, every contribution helps build a more equitable and inclusive community for all.
