Hi, my name is Amanda. I am the Great Aunt to Baby Sawyer. My nephew, Gabriel, and his fiance welcomed Sawyer into the world on July 26th.

Sawyer was delivered via cesarean and immediately underwent surgery placing 3 stents in his right ventricle, as he was born with an under developed heart . There are more obstacles and challenges to overcome in the months ahead.

My nephew and his fiance have had to uproot to Tucson which is over 2 hours away from home, where the team of specialists are. He has been under the most wonderful, watchful care in the PICU in Tucson, but will be facing more surgeries to help him survive and live a beautiful life.

With what their little family is facing it's costly and they are still trying to afford maintaining their family and home here in Phoenix. With all of this said, any help I think will help lighten the heavy load they are facing. I appreciate everyone's time, prayers and generosity.
