Help baby Lupita and family

Hi, my name is Mel and I'm fund raising for my beautiful little niece Guadalupe (Lupita).

My brother David and sister inlaw Liliana weren't expecting baby Lupita to arrive until the 29th August 2025.

She arrived on the 11th May 2025.

Being only 24 weeks this means she will face some challenging roads ahead.

Lupita has a Grade 4 intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) this is the most severe type, characterized by bleeding into the brain's fluid-filled areas (ventricles) and surrounding brain tissue.

We are all being positive and hoping this doesn't result in any permanent problems with her development.

Mum unfortunately isn't entitled to any maternity leave and because of baby Lupita's early arrival this has put some extra financial stresses on this new family.

Any donations will go towards medical treatments for baby Lupita, to help accommodate the family to get a rental closer to the hospital, daily commuting to hospital and parking costs. Let's help support this family so they can be with their little baby girl when she needs them the most.
