Help Azteca Stay Warm This Winter

Raising funds for a new furnace for our youth center

This winter, our youth nonprofit — Azteca Youth Enrichment — is facing an urgent need. Our furnace has stopped working, leaving our building cold and uncomfortable for the kids, families, and volunteers who depend on us every week.

Azteca is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit and 100% volunteer-run. No one gets paid every coach, mentor, and organizer shows up because they believe in our mission. That's why every dollar donated will go directly toward purchasing and installing a new furnace for the center.

Azteca has always been more than just a gym or a youth center. It’s a safe space — a second home — where young people learn discipline, build confidence, and find positive direction through boxing, mentoring, and community events. Every day, our doors are open to kids who just need a place to belong.

But right now, we’re struggling to keep those doors open and the building warm.

A new furnace will cost around $30,000 including installation and updates to make sure our building stays safe and energy-efficient. We’ve been doing everything we can to patch things up, but this time, we need our community’s help.

Your donation — no matter the size — goes directly toward keeping our programs running through the winter. It means the world to us and to every child who walks through our doors after school looking for warmth, guidance, and purpose.
