Please support the Bennetts after the CA fires in Altadena
Donation protected
It breaks my heart to say that my hometown state was devastated by the fires this week.
My sister Aysha and her husband Doug's home was burned down to the studs, along with her car that they were forced to abandon. They evacuated their home in Altadena, CA as mandated by the emergency services on Wednesday morning, frantically unable to pack anything.
Leaving with just passports, literally the clothes on their backs, and their beloved dog, Ripley, they could do nothing but watch from a distance as their neighborhood was slowly reduced to rubble.
Aysha, Doug, and Ripley are now dealing with the trauma of finding somewhere to stay and the sudden financial burden that has come with their worst nightmare.
They have lost all of their belongings; overnight, everything.
My sister is always the first to help anyone in need, and living states away (Texas) from her now, I have set this up in hope of helping them back up on their feet again. All Funds received will go directly to Non Disaster related Expenses They will be fighting this out with insurance companies for months, I'm sure, and any help we can provide will go such a long way! Thanks in advance for your support. Any contribution will make a world of difference at this time. I cannot imagine the pain of seeing their home in ashes like this, all the memories gone.

Thank you,
