Help Axel heal and pay expenses!

Hi! My name is Jennie. Those that know me know I don't ask for help EVER :) but this time is different. My oldest daughter, Emily lives in Raleigh with her (almost) fiancé Axel. Axel was attacked by a man on July 15, 2025. The two were involved in an accident with a few months ago. Axel was driving through a parking lot at the gym, and a car pulled out of their parking spot, and the cars collided. Initially, they were going to keep insurance out of it, and Axel gave this person some funds to help fix his car. But then, realizing that wasn't going to work, Axel reported the accident to his insurance company. Done deal, right? Wrong! This man proceeded to harass Axel through text, which eventually led him to call the police to report the guy, and then Axel blocked him on his phone.
Fast forward to now (2 months later), and Axel was at a gas station where the guy comes in and starts harassing him. The store clerk did nothing, by the way. Axel told the guy he didn't want any trouble and just wanted to go home. The guy followed him out of the gas station and attacked him. No one did anything, no one helped, nothing. This guy recorded what he'd done. The police are involved, and are looking for the guy.
Axel has a broken nose and face and other bodily injuries and may need surgery. This is very scary and upsetting, as you can imagine.
These kids are trying to work and pay their bills, and then something terrible happens. Axel is going to miss time from work, and they are going to need financial help. He is such a kind person and he didn't want any trouble. I know times are tight for so many of us, but any amount will help them. Please consider giving if you can.
- I'm asking for help on their behalf to help with bills, medical expenses, and legal expenses as they will most likely need an attorney when they go to court about this incident. If you feel led to help, please do, and please say a prayer for his safety and recovery.
