This is our mom, Avonne, she is 90 years old, and she has dementia. It has progressed to the point where she needs more care than we can provide from a distance. We are arranging to relocate her from Oregon to Florida so she can be closer to family and placed in a safe, supportive memory care environment.

This move and initial placement involve one-time costs, including transportation from Oregon, a care companion to assist Mom during the flight, move-in fees, furniture, deposits, and ongoing medical expenses until she gets settled and approved for assistance.
