Help Ava Go Back Home

My sister Danielle needs help raising funds immediately for a lawyer/legal assistance reaquire custody of my niece Ava. Ava's father has not been interested or present in most of Ava's life. Only recently he began to apply for custody without even trying to pursue relationship with Ava. Ava is an 11 ayear old bubbly, well adjusted rainbow of awesomeness. She has been court-ordered to move in with a man she has not known, does not feel appreciated by, and to a completely different state from all her friends, close family, and her little brother. She just started attending an excellent middle school and she loves to draw. She is also very close to my sister, and this whole incident spread out over this past year leaves my family broken and helpless. Many unsafe situations have surfaced in her recent court-ordered visits with her father that the presiding judge continues to ignore, and because her father had the advantage of free counsel for living in the state, he was able to manipulate the situation.
