Hi everyone,
My name is Austria Holland, and I recently graduated college; closing a chapter filled with growth, challenges, and purpose. As I step into the next phase of my life, I feel a strong pull to serve others in a deeper way. I’ve been given an opportunity to do just that through a medical mission trip to Africa this December - an opportunity not only to give what I can, but to learn, to listen, and to humbly walk alongside people whose needs are great and whose strength inspires me.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve carried a desire to serve on a mission trip. I didn’t always know where or when, but I knew I wanted to be in a place where the need was great and the work could truly make a difference. Now, I’ve been invited to join a team to provide medical care, health education, and encouragement in communities where access to even the most basic healthcare is limited.
This journey isn’t just about me going somewhere new - it’s about stepping into a space where people face challenges I can only imagine, and where I can use my hands, my heart, and my faith to serve. I know that being there will not only show me how much opportunity and blessing I’ve been given in my own life, but also remind me that what matters most is using those blessings to help others.
I believe God has placed this opportunity in front of me for a reason - to grow in humility, to share His love, and to stand beside people whose daily struggles will shift the way I see my own.
To make this possible, I do need your help. This trip carries financial costs, including travel, accommodations, and medical supplies. While I wish I could fund it entirely on my own, I’m reaching out to those who believe in this mission - and in me. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to serving those who need it most. And if you’re not able to give, I would be so grateful if you could share this campaign or keep me in your prayers as I prepare for this journey.
Thank you for reading, for supporting, and for helping me step into something greater than myself.
With gratitude,
Austria Holland
