My name is Audrey, and I’m raising funds for my mom, my sister, and my sister’s 8-year-old daughter, who all lost everything when Hurricane Melissa devastated Jamaica. Their home was completely destroyed — the roof, the walls, their beds, their clothing, and every memory they built over the years.
One of the hardest things to see was my little 8-year-old niece standing in front of what used to be her home, confused and heartbroken. She lost her room, her school supplies, her clothes, her toys — everything a child should feel secure having. No child should have to experience this kind of trauma.
My mom and sister are trying their best to stay strong for her, but with the house gone, they have nowhere safe to live. Right now, they are struggling without basic necessities — a roof, a bed, clean clothes, or even a private space for my niece to rest and feel safe again.
I am humbly asking for help to rebuild even a small room or structure where they can live safely again. Every donation will go directly toward:
• Building materials (lumber, zinc, cement, blocks)
• Replacing essential items lost in the storm
• Clothes, school supplies, and basic needs for my niece
• Temporary shelter and daily necessities
• Helping them rebuild their lives with dignity
No amount is too small. Every donation, every share, and every prayer helps us move one step closer to giving them back stability, peace, and hope.
Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support during this painful time.
❤️
