I have always tried to manage on my own, but right now, I’m facing a situation I never expected. I was recently evicted from the place I was renting, and until my apartment application is approved, I’ll be living in my car with my emotional support animals. While I’m able to get a motel room for a short time, my disability benefits only go so far, and I’m worried about how I’ll keep us safe and healthy during this transition.
The funds I’m raising will help cover the cost of a hotel so I have a safe place to stay, as well as provide for my emotional support animals. They need food, updated shots, and vet care, and I want to make sure they’re taken care of while we get through this difficult time. Being on disability has made it hard to cover these unexpected expenses, and I’m doing everything I can to keep us together and safe.
I really don’t like asking for help, but right now, I have no choice. Any support you can offer—whether it’s a donation or sharing my story—means the world to me. Thank you for taking the time to read about my situation and for any help you can give.
