I’ve been invited to attend the summit for religious freedom in Washington DC April 5-7. I’ll be able to meet with national leaders and like-minded individuals to start to work to fight back against the religious right. Because it’s so short notice I’m having to raise funds for my travel and housing but I don’t care if I have to drive all the way up there and sleep in my car I will be there.

The summit seeks to arm people to fight for the separation of church and state, bodily autonomy for all, and the rights of the LGBTQ community. I believe it’s important for me to be there as I continue to do this work and pursue it full-time.
