My name is Theophilus Mensah, Founder of the Good God Charity Foundation, a youth-led, community-driven organization focused on improving child health, education, and access to basic needs. Over the past 4 years, we have impacted 780+ children through our initiatives.
We are currently raising funds to respond to a serious water crisis in Asonsuaso, a small community in Kumasi, Ghana, where over 120 school children and the wider community struggle daily to access safe drinking water. During a recent visit to the local primary school, we saw firsthand how children are exposed to unsafe water, leading to preventable illness, missed school days, and ongoing hardship.
We are now in the final stage of constructing a borehole water system that will provide clean, safe, and sustainable water for both the school and the entire community.
Total project cost: $3,450 (₵40,000)
Raised so far: $1,725 (₵20,000)
Remaining: $1,725 (₵20,000)
We are urgently seeking support to complete this project and bring clean water access to Asonsuaso next month. This is the final step to transforming daily life for these children and their families.
Where your support goes:
Borehole drilling and site development
Water pumping machine installation
Filtration system for safe drinking water
Large poly tank for water storage
Labor and installation costs
Every contribution goes directly toward completing this project and delivering clean, reliable water to the community.
Your support, no matter the amount, brings us one step closer to ensuring that no child in Asonsuaso has to struggle for something as basic as clean water.
