Hi, my name is Asia Renee , and I grew up in a tough neighborhood where dreams often got buried beneath struggle. It was a place where hope was hard to find, but even in that darkness, a little spark lit inside me. I was one of the “little rhunts”—the smallest, the quietest, the one they said wouldn’t make it. But that little rhunt had big dreams.

I didn’t have many resources growing up, but I had heart. And I always believed that if I could just push through, I could become something more—and help others do the same. Today, I’ve become a positive leader in my community, and my dream is to build something lasting for the next generation.

I want to create a youth empowerment program—something like the Boys & Girls Club or the YMCA. A safe, uplifting space where kids and teens from tough neighborhoods can come to grow, dream, and believe in themselves. A place where they can learn leadership, explore careers, dive into entrepreneurship, and develop into future lawyers, doctors, artists, and visionaries.

I call them “The Little Rhunts.” Because even though we’re small at the start, we’re full of power, potential, and purpose. I want to show them that being the “runt” of the litter as the correct way to spell it doesn’t mean you’re weak—it means you’ve got more to prove, and more to overcome.

This GoFundMe is to help bring that dream to life—whether it’s for supplies, space, mentorship programs, or just giving these kids a reason to believe. I’ve been where they are. I am them. And now I want to lift them up, just like someone once helped lift me.
