Hello, Erica here. I am starting this GoFundMe for my cousin Ashley Rix and her family.

As some of you know, and many of you don’t, on Monday, June 30th, Ash went into pre-term labor while she was at home alone.

Coming into the world early, and on the dining room floor, Orrin Lewis Rhodes made his debut into his momma's arms before the ambulance could get there.

Due to the circumstances of his birth and some complications, Orrin was mercy flighted to Oishei’s Children’s Hospital in Buffalo where he has been ever since. His health is improving and there are hopes that he will be able to come home soon.

Going into the 3rd week, Mom and Dad have not left his side and finances are depleting. With being off work and the cost of being up in Buffalo, bills coming due, future appointments that baby Orrin will need to get to, and needing to also care for their other two children, I am asking that if you can give, even a little, please do. And if you can’t then please send up a prayer; for their family, for Ashley and Steve and baby Orrin, his sister Bre and brother Connor. Orrin's health and their health and financial security.
