PLEASE READ AND HELP!! Domestic Violence has touched our family and now we must do all we can to protect 3 people we love dearly, and we need financial help.

I am Haden Eason, Ashley N.'s stepmother, and "Gigi" to her two amazing and precious children!!!
I want to share her story -

Ashley has had sole custody of both of her children, since she left her home, on September 20, 2016, because of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE against her and her daughters. She has spent countless hours with her attorney, and in court hearings making sure she and her daughters are protected.

TO DATE, the court has placed on her estranged husband:
A no contact order with Ashley, allowing only supervised visits regarding children, mandatory 36 weeks of anger management and domestic violence classes, and CHILD SUPPORT.

This is what Ashley has done since September:
She has moved to a safe place, hired an attorney requiring a $4000 retainer, gotten a stable part time job, and raised her daughters with limited funds, but tons of love.

SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY CHILD SUPPORT FOR HER DAUGHTERS. And her estranged husband has only chosen to do one supervised visit, for 2 hours, on Christmas Eve. He has made no other effort to support or visit the children.

She has struggled to cover her bills and was looking forward to using her tax refund to pay her additional attorney fees in anticipation of her final court date in June 27,2017.

On March 30, 2017, following a status hearing with the court, Ashley's attorney found out that Ashley's estranged husband had filed an unauthorized joint tax return and had deposited the entire refund into his personal saving account, to which Ashley does not access.

Ashley has had to file a claim with the IRS regarding the fraudulent tax return, and Identity Theft. She has also contacted USPS and the Postal Inspector's office has begun an investigation. Her estranged husband was able to get a copy of her W-2 from the mail, and use her social security number to file this return. Until this is investigated and resolved, she has no access to any tax money.

Her attorney has been involved with the family court assisting with resolving this issue for Ashley, as well.
ATTORNEY'S SERVICES require funds, and ASHLEY IS OUT OF MONEY!

She needs to pay an additional retainer of $3500 to her attorney by MAY 15th. With a minimum of $1000 due by May 1st. Without this payment her attorney will withdraw from her case before the final custody arrangements have been made, or the tax issue resolved.

Even with all of the horrible acts that have been done against Ashley, there is no guarantee on how the court will rule regarding custody, or tax refund. Her estranged husband has lied to, manipulated, and misled the court; and still has not been held accountable! SHE NEEDS HER ATTORNEY FOR HER CHILDREN'S PROTECTION.

PLEASE HELP ASHLEY AND HER CHILDREN. All money collected and donated will be used solely for attorney costs. Any type of financial support will help. Pray for her, her children, and the Lord's guidance with the court.
