I recently lost my job after I provided negative feedback to the company. As a result, I was questioned and terminated. I expected a last paycheck today, but the way their pay periods worked, I was paid for my time worked in advance on my last check received in February. I have been attempting to make money via Spark and Uber, but there has been no worthwhile work. I have applied to probably over 100 jobs since losing my employment and have either gotten denials or heard nothing back. I received one interview then received a denial.

I am just looking for a little money to cover us until Sebastian receives his severance check (he is also being laid off I believe next week, but will receive severance and unemployment). This money will help us pay rent, daycare costs, and groceries until that money comes in. I have been denied for all loans I have applied for and do not qualify for any credit cards. I have tried every avenue I can think of before asking for help.

I hate asking for help but my family genuinely needs it. I wouldn’t ask if this didn’t affect Norah. It is important for her to stay in daycare so I can continue to try to make money via Spark and so she can continue with enriching education and social interaction.
