My name is Ashley, and I’m reaching out during a truly challenging season of my life. As many of you know, I lost my precious daughter Mila a year and a half ago. Since then, I’ve been navigating life as a single mom to my little boy, Sebastian, while also working and pursuing my nursing degree full-time.

Right now, I’m about 11 months away from finishing nursing school—a goal I’m determined to achieve in honor of Mila and to create a better future for Sebastian. But I’ve hit a very tough financial patch. Despite all my efforts, I’m behind on rent and bills, and it’s been a constant struggle to catch up. Every time I make a little headway, it feels like I’m slipping behind again.
