Help a Family Rebuild After Self-Deporting to Mexico
Hello, my name is Cristina, and I am a friend of Ashlee and Cenobio. We’re raising funds for a brave and loving immigrant family who recently made the heartbreaking decision to leave the United States and start over in Mexico — a country that, while technically "home," is completely unfamiliar to their children.
This family has lived in the U.S. for years, working hard, raising their kids, and building a life in the only place their children have ever known. But due to increasing fear, instability, and uncertainty about their immigration status — along with growing concerns about safety and the future — they felt they had no choice but to self-deport.
They left behind their jobs, their community, and everything they’ve worked so hard for. Now they’re stepping into the unknown, hoping to find peace and stability in Mexico — but starting completely from scratch.

Why This Matters
This isn’t just about moving — it’s about survival. About a family doing whatever it takes to protect their children and give them a chance at a better, safer life. Relocating under these circumstances is not only emotionally devastating — it’s financially overwhelming.
They’ve tried to do everything right, followed the rules, and contributed to their community. But fear and uncertainty made staying in the U.S. unbearable. Now, they’re starting over with nothing — no safety net, no job lined up, and no clear path ahead.
This GoFundMe is our way of standing by them. Letting them know they’re not alone. That even in this painful moment, there’s a community of people who care and want to help.

How You Can Help
Any amount you’re able to give will make a huge difference. Every donation goes directly toward helping this family get back on their feet and provide their children with the security they deserve.
If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this campaign. Spreading the word is just as powerful.
Let’s come together to help this family rebuild with dignity, hope, and the support they truly need.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
