Salam Everyone,
How are you all? I wish you are fine, in a better condition, and in a condition not similar to us, not near to it even. Because I don't wish what we are living to anyone.
The situation here in Gaza is really difficult. I tried to bear it and not to give up. Yet, it's not easy when it comes to time, to your future. Time is going and passing, not waiting.
This is me, Aseel Naif Mahmood Abu Naji, 23 years old. I'm one of a big family consisting of 10 members.
We were living happily before the war. Nothing was able to defeat us. We were having a very wide beautiful home, our own business.. our own dreams. But the war and occupation have had another opinion.
They have destroyed our home, our shop. They have killed my brother and left 5 orphans after him.
My parents' heart has been attacked. They are humans, not super heros to bear and realize all of this.
I look at them and feel helpless. What shall I do to my family? How can I bring them hope?
WE ARE ALL AFRAID FROM FUTURE.
After long nights, I decided to take the initiative. I decided to be the rescuer of my family. I will continue my studies in university and then work. I have no other choice.
I was a third year pharmacy student in Al Azhar University. I was excellent and progressing in a very amazing way - before destroying everything over our heads.
Now I need to complete my education, but my family isn't able. They have lost everything and all their money. You know what? It's not about money. It's There about life as they have no life!
They have passed through many things. I won't break there shoulders with something I know if they have it, they wouldn't be late. If I have asked them for their eyea, they will give it to me.
I'm poor to this level. I'm helpless to this level. BUT, I know humanity never ends. I know good people are many, I know good hearts won't leave us die, won't leave me alone in a corner.
That's why I'm here. I need a helping hand to support me to be able to travel abroad to Egypt.. to a safe place to study.
I need you to help me, in order to be able to help my family later. DON'T think you are doing this to one.
Maybe it's for one directly, but 10 people behind the scene waiting for a ray of hope through me, you are helping them indirectly.
I have no doubt in you generosity. I'm sure you won't leave me alone. I'm the future of my family. HELP me not to lose my future, the first stone of hope.
How the money will be spent?
- 7,500€for traveling costs for me.
- 5,000€ for living cost in Egypt for two years.
- 6,000€ for the university to pay for semesters.
That was my sore story, briefly. My dream is a normal right to anyone, but Gazans people have to suffer.
Yet, I'm sure free people in the world will stand by us and increase support for my family and all the families of the Palestinian people in Gaza. I trust your beautiful heart, and humanity. I'm with full hope sure that you won't let me down.
