Okay, I manage 3 mobile home parks in Arnold. I have a tenant that has been taken advantage of. I found out his home is not in good shape at all. He cannot live there anymore. I have gone through the channels to help him as much as I can. I have found him a nice home that he can afford.

We have 1 problem: he needs a down payment and deposit. I have asked every charity I can find to help, but this time of year, the funds just aren't there. So, I am asking for anybody that can help; it would be appreciated. At this point, anything helps.

This man has no heat, no hot water, not even a working sink. I know it is hard to help people out this time of year, but I cannot let him live there much longer; it is breaking my heart.
