Help Ariel's Family After Fire Loss

Hi, my name is Ariel Villarreal, and I’m starting this GoFundMe in hopes of raising funds to help my mom and our family recover after a devastating apartment fire.

Just under three months ago, we moved into what we hoped would be a fresh start. But on Tuesday, June 10th, an electrical issue in the bathroom suddenly sparked a fire. It spread quickly, filling our home with smoke and destroying everything in and around the area. The damage was severe. Not only was that area completely ruined, but the smoke and heat destroyed many of our personal belongings around the entire house.

What makes this even harder is that the fire wasn’t caused by anything we did, but instead due to a maintenance issue, yet our landlord is offering us no support. We’re being told we have to start over completely, as if none of this was their responsibility. This situation has left us heartbroken and overwhelmed. We’ve already been facing financial challenges, and this tragedy has pushed us past the edge.

I’m creating this fundraiser to help my mom cover the cost of finding and securing a new apartment, replacing essential items, and helping us get back on our feet. Any donation, big or small, would mean the world to us. If you’re not able to give, simply sharing our story would be a huge help.
