Help Aracely & Aiden rebuild after job loss during maternity

Hi friends,

I'm writing on behalf of my goddaughter, Aracely, a devoted new mom who’s navigating one of the toughest chapters of her life with strength and grace.

Last fall, she welcomed her baby, Aiden, into the world while on maternity leave, expecting to receive FMLA protections from her employer — a small business she had been loyal to. Instead, she was blindsided: she lost her job, received no paid leave, and was later denied unemployment in the state of Arizona.

She did everything right — lined up another job and was ready to start fresh — but just two days before Christmas, that opportunity fell through. It was a crushing blow at the worst possible time.

She’s a single mom doing this on her own, without a financial safety net or steady support system in place. She’s used up her savings trying to make ends meet. Now, she’s being forced to break her lease and move in with a friend, just to keep a roof over her and her baby’s head.

She’s not someone who asks for help easily, but right now, she needs a little village to show up for her and baby Aiden. I’m hoping to raise $5,500 to help cover the basics while she regains her footing — and every donation, big or small, truly helps.
