April is my friend who lives in the Philippines and has been helping me with work for a few years now. She is a dedicated mother who cares for her 4-year-old son and has always tried to provide for her family on her own. Recently, April faced a heartbreaking situation. Her baby is ready to come home from the hospital, but they can't bring her home yet because they are unable to settle the remaining hospital balance.

This February 16, April experienced heavy bleeding due to placenta previa and had to be hospitalized. Despite strict bed rest, she faced a series of complications, and her savings were quickly used up for medical expenses. Her baby was born early, at just 32 weeks, and has been in the hospital ever since. The hospital bills have already exceeded what she could manage, totaling more than ₱170,000 in the Philippines, and government assistance is currently unavailable. April has already raised some funds and, in her determination to bring her daughter home, has been selling her belongings, including her motorcycle, to cover the costs. Now, she only needs enough to cover the last part of the hospital bill so her baby can finally come home.

All funds raised through this campaign will go directly to April. Once I withdraw the donations, I will send them to her through PayPal, the same way I pay her weekly for her work.
