Help Us Support April—A Teacher, A Giver, A Friend in Need

If you know April, you know what it means to be seen, supported, and loved without ever having to ask. For over 20 years, April has poured her heart into teaching, raising young minds with patience, kindness, and joy. She’s the kind of teacher every parent hopes for and every student remembers.

She’s also a devoted single mom, a loyal friend, and the first to step in when someone needs a hand—whether it's picking up groceries, sitting with someone in a hard moment, or organizing meals for a family in crisis. April gives quietly and constantly, never asking for anything in return.

This week, her car was stolen—her only vehicle, her way to get to work, to care for her child, and to continue supporting others like she always has. True to form, April hasn’t asked for help. But her friends—many of whom are teachers themselves—know that now is our turn to give back.

We’re raising funds to help April replace her car and relieve some of the financial burden this unexpected loss has caused. Every dollar raised will go directly to helping her get back on the road and back to doing what she does best: giving, teaching, and loving with her whole heart.
