Help Annabelle Get Her Life-Changing Service Dog

Donation protected
Our daughter, Annabelle, has had epilepsy since she was 4 years old. Since April of this year, Annabelle has seen an increase in tonic-clonic seizures. She averages one a week for the last 8 weeks. She is also prone to 6 other types of seizures. Recently, she was diagnosed with a CDH2 gene deficiency, meaning that Annabelle suffers from a very rare form of epilepsy and she will have this condition for life.

We have talked with her county provider at CLTS and fortunately, Annabelle qualifies for a service dog. The cost of the service animal is $30,000. Again, luckily, the county will pay for the majority of this, but we need to raise $6,000 to pay for our portion. We are asking for any help that you are willing to provide. We know that everyone has been so generous to us in the past and it is no small thing for us to ask for help for our child. This dog will be life-changing for her. It will give us peace of mind that she has a constant companion with her when she has another seizure.

Thank you for any and all help that you can give, and if you can’t support us financially, could you please share this to help her reach her goal.
