Hi everyone,

My name is Nathalie, and I’m starting this fundraiser to help someone very important to me, Angel, who is currently detained by ICE.

Angel is only 18 years old. He came to this country about five years ago with his mother in search of a better future. His mom is a single mother, and the two of them have always depended on each other. They don’t have a large family or many people to rely on, it has mostly been just the two of them and the people who care deeply about him.

From a very young age, Angel has always been hardworking and determined to move forward. He has done everything he can to help support himself and his mom while trying to build a better future. Anyone who knows him knows that he is kind, caring, and always willing to help the people he loves.

Right now, Angel is facing an incredibly difficult moment after being detained by ICE. His mother and I are doing everything we can to help him, but the legal expenses and costs needed to fight his case and bring him back home are more than we can manage alone.

Angel has always been someone who shows up for the people he cares about, and now we are hoping others can show up for him during this painful time.

Any donation, no matter the amount, would mean the world to us and will go toward helping cover his legal expenses so he can fight for the chance to come back home. If you’re not able to donate, sharing this fundraiser would also help us more than you know.

Mi nombre es Nathalie y estoy creando esta recaudación de fondos para ayudar a alguien muy importante para mí, Angel, quien actualmente se encuentra detenido por ICE. 

Angel tiene solo 18 años. Llegó a este país hace aproximadamente cinco años junto a su mamá en busca de un mejor futuro. Su mamá es madre soltera, y ellos siempre han dependido el uno del otro. No tienen una familia muy grande o mucho apoyo aquí, prácticamente han sido solo ellos dos y las personas que lo queremos y nos preocupamos por él. 

Desde muy temprana edad, Angel siempre ha sido una persona trabajadora y determinada a salir adelante. Ha hecho todo lo posible por ayudar a mantenerse a sí mismo y apoyar a su mamá mientras intenta construir un mejor futuro. Cualquiera que lo conozca sabe que es una persona amable, cariñosa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar a las personas que ama.

En este momento, Angel está enfrentando un momento increíblemente difícil después de haber sido detenido por ICE. Su mamá y yo estamos haciendo todo lo posible para ayudarlo, pero los gastos legales y los costos necesarios para poder pelear su caso y traerlo de regreso a casa son más de lo que podemos cubrir por nuestra cuenta. 

Angel siempre ha sido una persona que está presente para quienes le importan, y ahora esperamos que otras personas también puedan apoyarlo durante este momento tan doloroso. 

Cualquier donación, sin importar la cantidad, significaría muchísimo para nosotros y ayudará a cubrir los gastos legales para que Angel pueda luchar por la oportunidad de regresar a casa. Si no puedes donar, compartir esta recaudación también nos ayudaría más de lo que imaginas.
