My name is Angel, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing one of the most difficult moments of my life. Recently, I was forced to leave my home due to a severe rat infestation and dangerous levels of mold. The situation became so hazardous that I have to get rid of all of my belongings—everything I own. This sudden displacement has left me without a safe place to stay, and the loss of my possessions has been overwhelming.

The impact on my health has been significant, and it’s also affected my ability to work. I’ve done everything I can to manage on my own, but the costs of starting over are more than I can handle alone. In order to secure a new place to live, I need to provide first and last month’s rent, as well as a deposit. On top of that, I need to replace essential items just to get by until I can regain my footing.

If you know me at all, you know I don’t like to ask for help, ever. However, I have exhausted all my resources and still am found lacking. I’m grateful for anything and everything that is sent this way. I know that I am immeasurably blessed, that was never in question. The question is how will I traverse this challenge.
