Hello, my name is Brittney. I am a mother of three children. My youngest son Andy was born with Hirschprungs disease. This disease is lifelong but can be managed with surgeries. Andy has had a total of four surgeries and multiple procedures. Andy has been through surgeries, procedures, countless needles and also anorectal procedures at home. Andy has had a stoma from the age of three weeks old and has recently got it reversed at 18 months old. Due to the extensive care he has needed in hospital and at home he has A lot of trauma. He is scared to sleep in his room as that is where we have done a lot of his bottom cares and medications. I will be using the funds donated to create a space for Andy that he will love. I wish to transform his room completely and fill it with things that he loves to create a happy environment for him. The funds will also be used for us to be able to get a child psychologist to guide him through the trauma as well as osteo therapy and other medical needs. We wish that Andy will not need any further surgeries and that we can maintain this disease through clinics and medications if need be. Your donations will be highly appreciated and will be used accordingly to give Andy an opportunity to overcome the traumas and for us to financially be able to transform his spaces into happy places for him.
