Help a Veteran’s Family Recover from Devastating Black Mold Damage

I’m reaching out today on behalf of my employee and friend, Andrew Weiler. Andrew is a hard-working, selfless, and dedicated individual who has always been willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. As a veteran, he has served his country with honor, and he continues to serve his community every single day with that same spirit of generosity.

Andrew’s wife and son have shown incredible strength and resiliency throughout this ordeal. Despite the health challenges and constant uncertainty, they have worked tirelessly to help keep the family afloat, supporting each other with courage, determination, and love. Their character and perseverance are nothing short of inspiring.  Andrew's wife was not able to work and was consistently at the doctor while always trying to stay one step ahead of the unknown issue.  His son's passion is basketball.  He struggled through the aches and pains to train everyday while achieving high grades in school and pitching in were he could.

Sadly, Andrew and his family are now facing a crisis no one should have to go through. Their family home was recently found to be severely impacted by black mold, making it completely uninhabitable. The mold infestation has caused significant health problems for Andrew and his family, forcing them to leave their home behind and bounce from temporary rentals to hotels to a camper.

Andrew is the kind of person who shows up for everyone, whether it’s helping a friend, a neighbor, or a fellow veteran. Now, I’m asking if we can show up for him.

Our goal is to help Andrew and his family recover, find stable housing while their home is repaired, and address the health challenges caused by this devastating mold exposure. Every dollar raised will go directly to supporting their immediate housing needs, medical expenses, and efforts to rebuild their lives.
