Help Andrew Fight for Emma's Safety

I launched this GoFundMe for my son Andrew and my granddaughter Emma. Most of you know them both. Emma is such a unicorn child. In August of 2024, Emma went to her Big MiMi and told her that she had been suffering sexual abuse from her mom’s boyfriend. Mom chose his side. We have done everything we can to keep Emma safe. She went through every step she had to, talking to the detective, DCF, CPS, and a CPT interview. We received a subpoena for Emma to talk to the Assistant State Attorney, and she declined to prosecute because there was no “physical evidence.”

This has made Emma and his other victim feel like they are throwaway victims. My son needs an attorney to fight for custody and a divorce. There is talk about a $5,000 retainer fee. We cannot afford that, and there is NOTHING that I won’t do for them, so I will swallow all of my pride. I am begging for help. If you can see yourself donating, thank you so much.
