Help Andrea Secure Justice for Her Family

Hi I’m Andrea Bommarito and I’m fundraising to help pay for a legal retainer to help keep my family safe from a rapist named Kenneth Christopher.

On labor day 2023, I took my son to Cedar Pointe, upon return home, I found Kenneth Christopher in my home raping my 16 year old daughter. Kenneth Christopher is the 55 year old father of my son, Griffin. Griffin was also a witness to this horrific incident.

After fleeing from the police, Kenneth was arrested for the rape of my daughter and charged with CSC 3rd degree, which is sexual assault by force or coercion. My daughter was taken to Turning Point to complete a rape kit.

Kenneth spent 9 months in jail. My daughter, Lily, couldn’t testify against him because she could not keep her composure and would have breakdowns when questioned by the prosecutor. Ken was offered a plea deal to CSC in the 4th degree.

Kenneth was sentenced to 5 years of probation, 5 years no contact with my daughter and 25 years on the sex offender registry and a lifetime member of the CPS central child abuse registry. This is simply not enough for stealing the innocence of a child.

CPS also field a petition to terminate kenneth’s rights to my son, Griffin. This case goes to trial in September 2024.

I was told today that no one has ever had their rights terminated for a CSC 4th degree charge.

This is where I need help. We have an active FOC case in Macomb County. I need to file for full custody of my son, but I cannot afford to do so. Im a single mom of three children, and I work two jobs to support them. I’m looking to fundraise enough money for a legal retainer to prevent Kenneth Christopher from being around my son and my daughters. This man is a rapist has no business walking the streets.
