Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm walking the Coast to Coast starting at St Bees in Cumbria to North Yorkshire's beautiful east coast at Robin Hood's Bay to raise money in aid of Motor Neurone Disease Association and every donation will help.

My twin brother Peter died of MND at the age of 56 and my goal is to raise £5600.00 in his memory. Peter had a profound understanding of the human condition and is still a source of wisdom and strength to his family, friends, and those who met him. He lived his life in the moment each day, as he said; 'Life is a gift, we do not own it'.

The walk commences on 25 August and finishes on 7 September.
