Help an immigrant single mother expecting a baby

M. is  a single mother,  originally from Honduras, whose second child is due in late May.  She and her daughter currently live in a bedroom in an apartment in Cockeysville. M. earns $200/ week as a prep cook in a deli, which is all the money the family has to live on.  M. is a wonderful mother, very devoted to her daughter and eager to welcome her son at the end of the month. The father of the baby is refusing to provide any support. 

I am hoping to raise money to enable M. to take a maternity leave of sorts from her job at the deli. We have already been able to connect her with prenatal care through St. Joseph's hospital. Generous neighbors and friends have already provided nearly all the baby clothes and gear that she will need. M.'s primary need at this point is for money which will allow her to stop working for a few months so she can stay home with her baby.  She does not have a car and also needs money to cover the cost of her trips to the prenatal clinic and, once the baby is born, to the pediatrician.
