As most of you know, I had a rough divorce from my ex, mainly regarding custody. Due to events that have occurred since our divorce was finalized, I am once again having to go back to court because of custody issues. He has hired a lawyer, and because of that, I must hire mine to be able to defend myself against his accusations.

I am forced to use my tax return for my lawyer, but I worry it may not be enough. As a single mom on a fixed income, my budget is very tight, and I don't have extra money to put towards my lawyer. I hate having to do this, but anything would be helpful. Thank you so much in advance.
