UPDATE: April 15, 2026
It’s incredibly difficult to share that Amy has recently received news that her cancer has returned in another area. She will now be starting another round of chemotherapy on April 20th as she continues this fight.
This news has been heartbreaking for Amy and her family. Once again, she is being asked to dig deep and face the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that come with cancer treatment. With ongoing medical care, time away from work, and the needs of her family, the financial strain continues to grow.
We are asking for your support again to help ease this burden so Amy can focus on her health and her children. If you’re able to give, share, or pray, it truly means everything. Every act of support is a reminder that Amy is not alone in this fight! Your kindness and generosity have already made such a difference, and we are so grateful!

If you know Amy, you know what selflessness looks like. Amy is a full-time hospice worker, dedicating her days to comforting and caring for others in their most vulnerable moments. She’s also a devoted mom of 6 incredible kids (5 living at home), one of whom is on the autism spectrum.
In between work and caring for a busy household, Amy has been working hard to finish her bachelor’s degree and was preparing to begin her master’s program. Her plate has been full for years, and yet she rarely complains. She just keeps showing up with love, compassion, and grit. But now, Amy is the one in need of care.
After completing emergency gallbladder surgery, further testing revealed another unexpected diagnosis: colon cancer. This difficult diagnosis came as a complete shock. Now while still healing from surgery, Amy finds herself confronting a new and daunting challenge, one that will require all the strength and support we can offer her.
As you can imagine, the financial burden of emergency surgery, ongoing medical treatment, and now cancer care is overwhelming. This incredible woman who has spent her life caring for others needs us to show up for her.
We’re asking for help to ease the weight of these mounting expenses so Amy can focus on what matters most: healing and being with her family. Whether it’s $5 or $50, every donation is a reminder that Amy is not alone and that her compassion has left a mark on this world. Thank you for your support, your prayers, and your kindness!
