Help Amber Restore Her Grandma's Home

Hi, my name is Amber and I am looking to raise money to complete critical repairs needed for my grandmothers home.

I have created posts seeking affordable manual labor workers to do repairs/renovations on my grandmothers house built in 1930’s. My grandma is a widow and tries to fix-up her house herself, bless her heart (but she’s in her 80’s). I want to give back to her for all they did, raising all her grandchildren. Goals/Work Needed:

1) Stabilize sagging ceiling in the family room. My grandparents added a room to the house in 1950’s but haven’t been able to remodel or repair much.

2) Wood rot around the window areas on the side of the house

3) Driveway Cement ground cracking. She has tripped and fractured her bone. I am worried about tripping hazard with the uneven ground.

4) Replace counter top in kitchen

5) Bathroom repairs (several issues)

6) Stabilize her floors/foundation. There is a 2-5ft crawl space under her house which needs studs to raise her house and stop it from falling. The floors in the kitchen, for example have dropped inches over the years since I was a little girl.

7) Fix the rod iron gate (bent and hard to roll open/close).

My grandparents sacrificed everything to raise their grandchildren and it’s my mission to pay it back and allow my grandma to live a happy rest of her life. My grandma lives on a beautiful 1/2 acre property, takes great pride in her yard, plants, and home.

My grandma is on a fixed income and I do not have a lot of money, but my goal is to help her fix or do at least 1 project from every one of my paychecks, biweekly dedicating money to another project until we complete the work needed.
