Hello,
(Trigger warning DV). My name is Aylah and Amber is one of my very best friends. Amber is a mother of an amazing 2-year-old, Chloe, and is about 1.5 years away from earning her doctorate in clinical psychology. Amber has been the victim of physical and emotional abuse at the hands of her husband, who has forced her and their daughter out of their shared home and continues to make threats against Amber and Chloe despite a no-contact order. Amber has filed for divorce and is in the process of hiring a divorce attorney. As you can imagine, the cost of legal fees on top of her student loans and lack of stable income makes this process even more stressful than it already is on Amber and Chloe. I have set up this Gofundme to raise money to help Amber with her legal fees and anything she and Chloe may need to get through this very difficult time.
Amber is an amazing mother and friend who is always the first person to volunteer to help others in their time of need. Please help me support this incredible woman and her sweet daughter.
