Help for transportation costs.

Please help with transportation costs. I am requesting these funds for my granddaughter Amanda. She struggled with addiction but has now been drug free and in recovery/therapy for almost 5 years. She has a 15 year old son who lives with her and an 11 year old son who lives in CO. She is recently divorced and was given parenting time with the 11 year old for a week at Thanksgiving and Christmas and 8 weeks in the summer. She previously went to CO every week for 6 weeks for parenting time on Mondays and Tuesdays to reestablish a relationship with her son who cherished their time together. She has been working as many extra hours as she can to save money but the tickets need to be purchased now.

Amanda lives in Northern Minnesota. As her son will be flying as an unaccompanied minor the cost is higher than just the ticket. You might ask “why doesn’t she drive and pick him up”. The answer to that question is simple. The court order states that Amanda purchase a round trip ticket for the exchange of the child. This is to ensure that the parenting time happens and that the child is returned to Colorado and in the words of the judge “this provides assurance for both parties”. Any amount will be greatly appreciated and please pray for this reuniting.
