Help Amanda Create a Safe DIY Play Area for Kids in Backyard

Hey everyone!

I’m reaching out to my amazing support system to help me create a fun, safe, and imaginative backyard for the kids this summer! My goal is to build a space where they can explore, play, and make lasting memories, all while developing their creativity and physical skills. I’ll like to give them a space where they can unplug from screens, engage with nature, and develop important skills. Plus, it’s beneficial for everyone’s mental health!

What I’m Planning:

A DIY backyard filled with:

* A relaxing seating and reading area with tent and cushions

* Small shaded play area with soft artificial turf

* A creative sandbox and water table for hours of fun

* An outdoor art station with chalk wall where they can get creative

* A garden area for them to plant and learn about nature

The challenge is that I’m limited on funds and summer is fast approaching. I’m excited to tackle most of the work with the kids, but need funds to help cover the cost of materials like turf, wood, paint, sandbox supplies, rocks, safety equipment, and other essentials to ensure everything is safe and durable.
