Mohammed Alzaza, a permanent resident of Canada living in Vancouver, has endured devastating loss. In recent months, he lost three of his siblings while waiting to reunite with his family in Canada
One of them, suffering from kidney failure, was scheduled for urgent medical evacuation. But on the very day he was meant to leave, tragedy struck: he passed away, and the ambulance arrived after an hour. The heartbreak is beyond words — The three siblings have left behind grieving wives and seven young children, now orphaned and struggling to survive.
A New Beginning in Canada
Through Canada’s special family reunification program, Mohammed now has the opportunity to bring 18 immediate family members to safety.
But while the program allows sponsorship, it offers no financial assistance. Mohammed must prove he can support his family once they arrive — and this fundraiser will help make that possible.
What the Funds Will Cover in Canada:
- Safe and stable housing for the entire family
- Beds, winter clothing, and basic home essentials
- Food and local transportation
- Support for school and language learning
- Initial living expenses as they rebuild their lives
Mohammed remains full of hope to bring his remaining family to safety — before it's too late, and before he has to endure the loss of another loved one!
